Job Title: Multilingual Reel Host & Client Sales Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and camera-friendly Multilingual Reel Host & Client Sales Executive to create engaging social media content while also supporting client outreach and sales activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking on camera, creating short-form video content such as Instagram and Facebook Reels, communicating with potential clients, and conducting sales and follow-up calls.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can communicate fluently in English along with Gujarati, Hindi, and/or Punjabi .

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media & Content Creation
- Appear on camera as a host and presenter for company reels, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Present company services, promotions, educational information, and client-focused content in an engaging manner.
- Develop content in multiple languages depending on the target audience.
- Assist with generating creative ideas, scripts, hooks, and topics for reels.
- Participate in regular content shoots and marketing campaigns.
- Work with the marketing team to maintain consistent company branding and messaging.
- Keep up with current social media trends, formats, and audience preferences.
- Encourage audience interaction and help generate inquiries and leads through social media content.

Sales & Client Communication

- Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to potential and existing clients.
- Respond to inquiries generated through social media, advertising campaigns, and other marketing channels.




- Explain company services clearly and professionally.
- Identify potential client needs and convert qualified inquiries into appointments or sales opportunities.
- Follow up with leads by telephone, email, text message, or other approved communication channels.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with clients.
- Schedule consultations or appointments for interested clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Meet assigned sales, lead-generation, appointment-booking, and follow-up targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
- Ability to speak clearly, naturally, and enthusiastically while recording videos.
- Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Gujarati, Hindi, or Punjabi .
- Candidates fluent in multiple listed languages will be preferred.
- Strong sales and customer-service skills.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Basic understanding of Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to create engaging and audience-friendly content.
- Professional appearance and presentation skills.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a marketing and sales team.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Previous experience in sales, social media, content creation, hosting, customer service, or marketing is an asset.

Preferred Experience

- Social media content creation or reel-making experience.
- On-camera presenting, hosting, acting, or public-speaking experience.
- Telephone sales or lead-generation experience.
- Customer service or client relationship experience.
- Experience working with multicultural or multilingual audiences.

Language Requirements We are seeking multilingual candidates capable of producing content and communicating with clients in one or more of the following languages:

Preference may be given to candidates who can speak English plus two or more additional languages .

Compensation: Salary/wage will be discussed and determined during the interview based on the candidate’s experience, skills, language proficiency, content creation ability, and sales experience.
