We are seeking a versatile, hands-on Multi Technician and Maintenance Executive to oversee our facility operations and equipment reliability. In this role, you will balance technical troubleshooting with leadership, ensuring minimal downtime through aggressive preventive maintenance and effective technician supervision.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Maintenance Operations: Execute daily electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance across the facility.
- Breakdown Handling: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment failures rapidly to minimize operational downtime.
- Preventive Programs: Implement and track routine preventive maintenance schedules for all critical machinery.
- Team Supervision: Supervise, train, and assign daily tasks to the on-site technician team.
- Coordination: Manage maintenance logs, track inventory, and coordinate with external vendors or suppliers for specialized repairs.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: ITI Certificate, Diploma, or B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience:



Minimum [Insert Number] years of proven experience in multi-craft maintenance or facility execution.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in reading electrical circuits, troubleshooting electronics, and general facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, or DG sets is a plus).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fix electrical and electronics faults.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery.
- Handle sudden breakdowns and troubleshoot equipment.
- Supervise junior technicians and schedule daily work.

Requirements:
- Licence: Valid PWD Supervisor / Wireman Licence is mandatory.
- Experience: in facility / maintenance.
- Education: ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
