We at Trekup India Adventures are seeking a highly enthusiastic Adventure Sales Consultant who is passionate about travel. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sales our travel products to clients, including individuals and businesses. Our goal is to enhance client satisfaction and build a loyal and expanding customer base.

Responsibilities:

- Research various travel Adventure destinations, transportation options, prices, customs, weather conditions, and reviews.
- Understand clients' specifications and preferences to suggest suitable travel/ Trek packages or services.
- Provide travelers with relevant information and helpful travel materials, such as guides, maps, and event programs.
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell travel/ Adventure packages.
- Handle unexpected issues and complaints, and determine eligibility for refunds.
- Attend conferences to stay updated on tourism trends.
- Create and maintain electronic records o
- Achieve revenue and targets.

Requirements and Skills:





- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant.
- Excellent knowledge of travel software, including computer reservation systems, and e-travel platforms.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong sales skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- In-depth knowledge of various travel areas, including domestic and international, business and leisure, and group and individual travel.
- Effective presentation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage crises.
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- Preference given to candidates with personal travel experience.
