About iQ ieltsiq.ai is building an AI-powered international student ecosystem designed to transform how students prepare for English-language tests, explore universities, manage applications, and navigate their study-abroad journey.
We’re looking for a Motion Graphics & Reels Video Editor who can turn ideas, raw footage, product screens, and marketing concepts into highly engaging short-form content.
What You’ll Do
Create high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos
Edit raw footage into engaging, fast-paced short-form content
Create motion graphics, animated typography, transitions and visual effects
Produce product-launch videos and app feature demonstrations
Create educational and marketing content around IELTS and study abroad
Add professional subtitles, captions, sound effects and music
Convert scripts/storyboards into visually compelling videos
Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer and Product team
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos
Stay updated with current reel formats,
editing styles and social-media trends
Maintain consistent iQ branding across video content
What We’re Looking For
Strong hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or equivalent software.
We care more about your portfolio and creative ability than your degree.

…and transform it into a 30-second, premium, attention-grabbing reel using motion graphics, product visuals, typography, sound design and storytelling.
