Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Motion Graphics Designer with

3 to 5 years of experience in animation, video editing, and digital content creation. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently conceptualizing and executing engaging visual content across digital, social, advertising, and branded communication platforms.

The candidate must have solid exposure to motion graphics, editing workflows, animation techniques, and evolving AI-powered creative tools that enhance content production,

storytelling, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize, design, animate, and edit high-quality visual content for:
- Social media campaigns
- Digital advertisements
- Reels & short-form content
- Product explainers
- YouTube & digital platform content
- Create engaging motion graphics, typography animations, transitions, and visual

storytelling formats aligned with brand identity.
- Independently handle the complete post-production workflow from raw footage to

final delivery.
- Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, designers, strategists, and production

teams for campaign execution.
- Edit videos with strong narrative flow, rhythm, sound synchronization, and visual

aesthetics.
- Use AI-powered creative tools for:
- Video enhancement
- AI-assisted editing
- Motion generation
- Voice & subtitle workflows
- Image/video generation
- Creative ideation and speed optimization
- Ensure platform-specific output formatting and optimization for digital and social

media channels.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in motion design, AI content creation, animation

styles, and digital storytelling.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in:
- Adobe After Effects




- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Working knowledge of:
- Cinema 4D / Blender (preferred)
- DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
- Figma or Canva (added advantage)
- Exposure to AI creative tools such as:
- Runway
- Midjourney
- Adobe Firefly
- Kling
- ChatGPT-assisted workflows
- AI voice or subtitle generation tools
- Strong understanding of:
- Motion graphics
- 2D animation
- Video editing techniques
- Typography in motion
- Sound design basics
- Social media content formats
- Ability to independently execute projects under tight timelines.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in:
- Animation
- Multimedia
- Visual Communication
- Motion Graphics
- Film Editing
- Applied Arts
- Or equivalent creative discipline
- Candidates from reputed media, animation, or design institutes are preferred.

Work Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in:

- Digital agencies

- Production houses

- Creative studios

- Media companies

- Content creation firms
- Experience working on reputed brands, digital campaigns, entertainment content,

lifestyle, finance, FMCG, hospitality, automobile, or social-first campaigns will be preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Motion graphics

- AI-assisted creative executions
- Brand storytelling content
