About The Role

We are looking for a Monitoring Team L1 professional to monitor and support Private Cloud infrastructure in a 24×7 environment. The role involves infrastructure monitoring, alert management, performance analysis, reporting, and basic troubleshooting of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) components.

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Industry: IT

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Experience: 1–3 Years in VMware Cloud

Shift: 24 × 7 Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor Private Cloud infrastructure and ensure 24×7 availability.
- Monitor alerts and proactively identify performance or system issues.
- Configure and manage monitoring tools and alert systems.
- Analyze infrastructure performance and prepare monitoring reports.
- Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards for capacity planning and resource optimization.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and analysis of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) components including vSphere, NSX, vSAN, and SDDC Manager.




- Identify and escalate incidents to relevant technical teams within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with infrastructure and support teams for timely incident resolution.
- Maintain monitoring records, reports, and operational documentation.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF).
- Knowledge of vSphere, NSX, vSAN, and SDDC Manager.
- Understanding of infrastructure monitoring and alert management.
- Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of cloud and virtualization environments.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a 24×7 support environment.

Qualification

Any Graduate

Certification

VMware Certified Professional / Advanced Professional in Datacenter, Cloud, or Network.
