We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to manage our modular furniture production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end production and production planning
- Supervise factory team and daily operations
• Knowledge of Beam Saw, Edge Banding & CNC machines
- Ensure quality control and minimize rework/wastage
- Coordinate with design, production & installation teams
- Ensure timely completion and dispatch of projects
- Manage machine utilization, manpower & factory workflow
Requirements:
• Strong experience in modular furniture manufacturing
- Good knowledge of panel processing and furniture production
- Experience in team and production management
- • Solid understanding of quality checks and production drawings
