Role Description

We are looking for a Mobile Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India .

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in working across Mobile Application Development, Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Swift, APIs, Databases, and Software Engineering .

The Mobile Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to design, develop, test, maintain, and improve mobile applications and digital solutions.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in mobile development, Android development, iOS development, Flutter, React Native, software engineering, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Mobile Software Engineer, Mobile Developer, Android Developer, iOS Developer, Flutter Developer, React Native Developer, Software Engineer, Application Developer,



or Full Stack Developer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, manufacturing, logistics, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to valuable knowledge of at least one mobile-development technology such as Kotlin, Java, Swift, Dart, JavaScript, TypeScript, Flutter, or React Native .
- Understanding of mobile application development, APIs, databases, software-development fundamentals, and user-interface concepts .
- Familiarity with Android Studio, Xcode, VS Code, Git, GitHub, or similar development tools will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and backend integration .
- Familiarity with SQLite, Firebase, Realm, local storage, or similar mobile data solutions will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Firebase, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or other cloud services will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Knowledge of push notifications, location services, camera integration, offline storage, or mobile-device APIs will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Git, version control, CI/CD, automated testing, or app-release workflows will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of responsive mobile UI, application security, performance optimization, and device compatibility .
- Positive analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with software, design, and business teams.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment .
- Internship, mobile app project, GitHub project, Play Store/App Store application, hackathon, freelance work, startup project, or academic project will be considered but is not mandatory .
- Strong willingness to learn new mobile technologies, frameworks, and development practices.
