Job Title: MIS Executive Telecom Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage and analyze large volumes of operational data related to telecom site operations. The candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, monitoring telecom site performance, tracking diesel consumption, DG (Diesel Generator) operations, hired DG management, power outage records, and coordinating with field teams to ensure smooth operations across telecom sites.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Data Management

- Manage and maintain large operational databases and MIS reports.
- Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data from multiple telecom sites.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
- Develop dashboards and performance tracking reports using Excel and other MIS tools.

Telecom Site Operations
- Monitor telecom site operational status and performance.
- Track site uptime, downtime, and power outage incidents.
- Maintain records of site-wise operational activities and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with field teams for timely issue resolution and reporting.

Diesel & DG Management
- Monitor diesel demand, consumption, and stock levels across telecom sites.
- Track Diesel Generator (DG) running hours and fuel efficiency.
- Manage hired DG deployment, utilization, and related documentation.




- Verify diesel consumption reports and identify discrepancies.

Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and operations teams.
- Follow up on operational issues and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain communication with on-site teams regarding outages, DG availability, and fuel requirements.
- Prepare management reports highlighting key operational metrics and exceptions.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis, MIS Reporting).
- Ability to handle and analyze large datasets.
- Positive understanding of telecom infrastructure and site operations.
- Knowledge of diesel management, DG operations, and power outage monitoring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Any Discipline (Preferred: BCA, B.Sc., B.Com, Engineering, or related field).
- 1–5 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Telecom Operations, or Data Management.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Telecom Infrastructure, Tower Operations, Facility Management, or Network Operations.
- Familiarity with ERP, MIS software, and operational reporting tools.
- Experience in managing telecom site data, diesel consumption reports, and DG operations.

Salary As per industry standards and candidate experience.
