About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, proactive MIS Executive to join our office team and take ownership of our reconciliation processes and overall operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, good with numbers, and confident managing both data and people.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle stock reconciliation, sales reconciliation, and Amazon account reconciliation on a regular basis
- Reconcile company books with the sales book and flag discrepancies promptly
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers for management review
- Oversee daily office operations and monitor workflow across all departments
- Track team and individual productivity; identify leakages, bottlenecks, or weak points in processes and employee performance




- Guide and coach staff to improve efficiency and close performance gaps
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth communication and timely task completion
- Support management with data-driven insights for decision-making

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (Commerce/Business preferred)
- Prior experience in MIS, reconciliation, or operations roles preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Active, punctual, and smart in approach to work
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and manage people and processes simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary: Based on experience and skill set (negotiable)

Location: Work from Office

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
