We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with strong hands-on experience in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets. The candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, managing and analyzing data, creating dashboards, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Manage and analyze data using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
- Create Pivot Tables, dashboards, charts, and management reports.
- Use Excel/Google Sheets formulas such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, IF/IFS, and ARRAYFORMULA.
- Consolidate data from multiple files and sheets while maintaining accuracy.
- Identify data discrepancies, duplicates, and errors and ensure proper data management.
- Support management with relevant reports and data-driven insights.
- Improve existing reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation.




- Troubleshoot spreadsheet and reporting-related issues.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and validation.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent understanding of Pivot Tables and Excel formulas
- Good data analysis and reporting skills
- Robust attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage large datasets
- Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred: Knowledge of Google Workspace, basic automation/Google Apps Script, and dashboard creation. A background in Mathematics or another analytical field would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
