– Local Costing & MIS Executive Designation: Executive – Local Costing & MIS Location: Delhi Experience: 0.5–3 Years Department: Finance / MIS / Costing Job Summary We are looking for a Local Costing & MIS Executive with strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and Power BI. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing local costing reports as well as supporting audit-related reports, MIS and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities • Prepare and maintain local costing reports with accuracy and timely updates.

- Analyze local operational costs and identify cost variances and discrepancies.
- Prepare audit reports, MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business analysis.
- Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, reconciliation and automation.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy.
- Analyze trends, variances and key cost-related metrics.
- Support the audit team by providing required data, reports and analysis.




- Coordinate with relevant departments for data validation and clarification of discrepancies.
- Maintain regular MIS and ensure timely submission of reports to management.
- Improve existing reporting processes through Excel automation and Power BI visualization.

Required Skills • Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF functions, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, data cleaning and reporting.

- Power BI: Dashboard creation, data modelling, Power Query and basic DAX.
- Strong analytical and numerical ability.
- Valuable understanding of costing, MIS and audit reports.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills. Qualification • Graduate in B.Com / BBA / Finance / Commerce / related field.
- 0.5–3 years of relevant experience in Costing, MIS, Audit, Finance or Data Analytics.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have experience handling both Local Costing Audit/MIS reporting and are comfortable working extensively on Advanced Excel and Power BI will be preferred.
