Job Title: MIS Analyst – Retail Finance

Department: Finance

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for various

stakeholders including management and departmental heads.
- Collect, validate, and organize financial and operational data from different

departments for reporting purposes.
- Perform basic data analysis to identify key performance trends, variances, and

insights to support business decisions.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, dashboards, and performance

summaries for retail operations.
- Assist in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and security of financial and operational

data within MIS systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and alignment

with financial objectives.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of new reporting tools and systems to

improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Contribute to the automation of reporting processes and data visualization initiatives.
- Provide analytical support during budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial reporting

standards. Required Skills & Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0 year of experience in retail or a similar industry.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and retail

performance metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization or reporting

tools.
- Familiarity with ERP/MIS systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and time management abilities.
- Experience with data automation or SQL-based data extraction will be an added
