Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational qualification

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field

Core technical/functional skills

- Hands-on experience with MicroStrategy (Developer, Web, Dossiers)
- Strong understanding of MicroStrategy schema objects (attributes, facts, metrics and hierarchies )
- knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling)
- Proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, aggregations, basic performance tuning)
- Understanding of BI reporting, data visualization, and KPI frameworks
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL concepts

Tools/technologies
- MicroStrategy (Developer, Web)
- Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service
- SQL (Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle or similar databases)

Experience
- Experience or exposure to MicroStrategy reporting and migration projects preferred
- Experience working with relational databases and large datasets

Preferred Skills





- Experience in MicroStrategy to Power BI migration projects
- Certification: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
- Exposure to Power BI Deployment Pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Azure or Redshift
- Domain knowledge in Finance or other analytical domains
