About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Mid-Level Software Engineer with 3–5 years of professional experience who is passionate about building scalable, high-performing applications. You’ll work on multi-tenant analytics services processing millions of CX data points daily and collaborate with a talented team to build technology that makes a real impact.

What You’ll Do

- Design, build, and ship backend and frontend features used by enterprise customers.
- Take ownership of features and services from technical design through to production release.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and engineering standards.
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and high-quality code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall engineering quality.
- Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver stable and maintainable solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with other engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
- Take responsibility for delivering assigned features and contribute to continuous product improvement.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in .NET (C#) and solid backend development experience.




- Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (Vue.js preferred; React or Angular are also acceptable).
- Practical experience working with at least one cloud platform (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP are also acceptable).
- Experience working with cloud services and environments. We primarily run on Azure, including App Services, SQL, and messaging services.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Deep knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL, including ORM frameworks, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience with source control using Git and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, clean architecture, and development best practices.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned features and contribute effectively within a cooperative engineering team.

Good to Have

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with message queues or event-driven architecture.
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Robust automated testing and TDD experience.
- Experience contributing to technical initiatives and supporting other engineers.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
