Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. The Mid-Level Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing creative concepts and delivering visually striking designs across digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities

- Create high-quality graphic designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Develop and adapt creatives in different sizes and formats for various platforms.
- Design branding materials, mockups, and visual identity elements.
- Create thumbnails, end cards, sales templates, mnemonics, tangles, and wobblers.
- Design print materials including tent cards, paper advertisements, invitations, envelopes, and book designs.
- Develop outdoor advertising materials such as banners and other promotional creatives.
- Create web banners and digital advertisements.
- Develop logo concepts and contribute to brand identity development.
- Support UI/UX design and create visual layouts and mockups where required.
- Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Use AI prompting and other creative tools to explore and develop design concepts.
- Resize, modify, and repurpose existing creatives while maintaining visual consistency.
- Support video shoots, art direction, and other creative production activities when required.
- Assist with sound design, audio recording, and other multimedia requirements where applicable.
- Review influencer scripts and provide creative inputs when required.




- Conduct competitor and creative research to identify new design trends and ideas.
- Collaborate with content, video, and digital marketing teams to execute campaigns.
- Manage multiple design assignments and ensure timely delivery.
- Take ownership of assigned projects from concept development to final delivery.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions while maintaining design quality and consistency.

Qualifications & Skills
- 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX, layouts, mockups, and digital design requirements.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Good understanding of digital, print, branding, advertising, and social media design.
- Strong creative thinking and visual communication skills.
- Ability to independently develop creative concepts based on project requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX, motion graphics, web design, or presentation design is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and AI prompting for concept development.
- Basic understanding of multimedia production and creative workflows is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to receive feedback positively and implement revisions effectively.

Work Timings:

Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (5.5 days)
