We are looking for a talented and experienced Junior Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including PowerApps (canvas and model-driven apps), Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

This role involves designing, developing, and deploying innovative, high-quality solutions that align with business needs, with a particular focus on Power Pages (formerly Power Portals) to create robust, scalable, and user-friendly web portals and applications.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop PowerApps (canvas and model-driven apps), Power Pages, and Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.

- Create and configure interactive and visually appealing web portals using Power Pages.

- Develop workflows and automation processes using Power Automate.

- Integrate Power Pages and other Power Platform components with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and external systems using APIs, custom connectors, and plug-ins.

- Implement customizations using JavaScript, Liquid Templates, C#, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.

- Implement role-based security and authentication for Power Pages, including Azure AD B2C or OAuth, etc.

- Ensure compliance with security standards and maintain reliability and performance for deployed solutions.

- Understand and contribute to Power Platform administration and deployment processes.





- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Provide support and training for users and administrators on Power Platform solutions.

Requirements

Technical Expertise

- 5-7 years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps (canvas and model-driven), Power Pages, and Power Automate.

- Proficiency in Power Pages, including advanced configurations, web templates, entity permissions, and content snippets.

- Experience with Dataverse, including custom entities, fields, relationships, and data model design.

- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Liquid Templates, C#, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.

Implementation Experience

- Involvement in at least one full-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform.

Soft Skills

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Skills

- Familiarity with Azure services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure AD.

- Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.

- Knowledge of contemporary cloud development patterns and best practices.
