? Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Fabric Lead / Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric and modern data engineering.

The ideal candidate should have a balanced profile with approximately 70% Lead responsibilities and 30% Architecture responsibilities, combining technical leadership with the ability to design scalable enterprise data solutions.

? Mandatory RequirementMicrosoft Fabric experience is mandatory.

Candidates without hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience will not be considered.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead Microsoft Fabric data engineering and analytics initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership to data engineering teams.
- Design scalable and reliable Microsoft Fabric architectures.
- Work hands-on with OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, PySpark, Spark SQL and Power BI.
- Develop and optimize enterprise data models.
- Guide implementation of contemporary data pipelines and transformation solutions.
- Establish best practices for data engineering, architecture and development.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects and engineering teams.
- Support technical design, code reviews,



troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Drive CI/CD and Git-based development practices.
- Support data governance, security and quality initiatives.
- Mentor team members and provide technical direction.
