Designation: Application Developer

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 FO) solutions based on business requirements.

- Develop plugins, workflows, business rules, custom entities, forms, views, and JavaScript customizations.

- Build solutions using C#, X++, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

- Knowledge of LCS, Deployment Activities on Sandbox and Production.

Integration &

- Solution Design

- Develop integrations with third-party applications using APIs, OData, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Platform.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to design scalable and secure technical solutions.

- Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices.

Performance, Testing &

- Support

- Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance solution efficiency.

- Perform unit testing and support QA/UAT activities.

- Provide production support, bug fixes, enhancements, and regular maintenance.

Collaboration &

- Continuous Improvement

- Work closely with project managers,



functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver projects on time.

- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies.

- Follow organizational security policies and ensure compliance with data security and access control standards.

Qualifications:

Experience

- 35 years of experience in Microsoft D365 Finance &
- Operations development.

- Hands-on experience with C#, X++, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, APIs, OData, and Azure DevOps/Git.

- Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with external applications.

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization and development.

- Good understanding of Dataverse, SQL Server, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform.

- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-500, MB-800, etc.) are preferred.
