✅ Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated backend engineering experience at a product or technology company.

✅ Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related fields.

✅ Core Skills: Hands-on production expertise with microservices, distributed systems, system design specs, and CI/CD pipelines.

✅ Software/Tools: Mandatory production experience in BOTH Java and Python, alongside Git/GitHub and AI-assisted tools (Claude/Copilot).

✅ Communication: Strong async and written English skills for cross-timezone collaboration with US teams.

✅ Logistics: Hybrid work model based out of Bangalore.

➡️ Position Overview Designing, building, and owning core backend services and microservices powering conversational AI healthcare platforms. Taking end-to-end feature ownership from design specs to deployment, observability, and incident response while using contemporary AI-assisted workflows.





? Core Responsibilities

✔️ Backend Services: Write clean, production-ready code in Java and Python for scalable healthcare services.

✔️ System Design: Architectural design of distributed systems, creating detailed technical design documents.

✔️ Quality & Testing: Own component test coverage, test plans, and end-to-end quality pipelines.

✔️ DevOps & Observability: Monitor error rates, maintain runbooks, and integrate observability with alerting tools.

✔️ AI & Tooling: Use AI-assisted tools (Copilot/Claude) to accelerate delivery, code reviews, and documentation.
