Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Collaboration & Power Platform Specialist to support and enhance our digital workplace setting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft 365 governance, and collaboration platform support. The role involves administration, migration activities, automation development, user support, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
- Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, pages, permissions, and metadata.
- Support intranet content management and collaboration platforms.
- Troubleshoot user issues related to access, permissions, document management, and collaboration tools.
- Assist in migration projects from file shares and legacy repositories to SharePoint Online.
- Build, maintain, and support Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions.
- Support governance, security,



permissions, and lifecycle management initiatives.
- Create documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
