Requirement of Microbiologist- Team Lead - FSSAI Certified Food Analyst is preferred.

JD-

1. Daily Monitoring of Microbiological Samples of Food water and Setting. Required experience 7-10 years in the food testing laboratory.
2. Daily monitoring of log books and calibration .
3. Need to do documentation as per ISO 17025 requirement.
4. Need to perform work as per the requirement and assigned by HOD.
5. Must have knowledge to face NABL /regulatory audit. 6 . FSSAI Certified Food Analyst will be preferred.

6. Monitoring of TAT, report review, inventory monitoring of micro department.

- Textile/leather sample extraction for different RSL parameter
- Having Knowledge of Instrument Analysis
- Sample preparation

- Knowledge of inorganic/Organic chemistry
