Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Meta Ads Manager to join our team in Surat. This is a hands-on, in office role suited for someone who understands performance marketing, has strong knowledge of Meta Ads, and is comfortable working with data, creatives, audiences, and budgets.

You will work closely with the founders and creative team to plan, execute, optimise, and scale Meta advertising campaigns for SUBO.

What You’ll Be Working On

- Planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Setting up and managing campaigns, ad sets, audiences, creatives, and budgets
- Running campaigns focused on conversions, sales, traffic, retargeting, and brand awareness
- Conducting audience research and testing different targeting strategies
- Creating and managing retargeting and remarketing campaigns
- Continuously testing creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and campaign structures
- Monitoring key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rate
- Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Managing and optimising daily and monthly ad budgets
- Working closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and concepts
- Identifying which products, offers, and creatives perform best and scaling accordingly
- Setting up and monitoring Meta Pixel, Events, and Conversion tracking




- Preparing regular performance reports and sharing actionable insights
- Keeping up with Meta Ads updates, trends, and best practices
- Helping build a scalable performance marketing strategy for SUBO

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing is preferred
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign structures
- Hands-on experience running conversion/sales campaigns for e-commerce is a strong plus
- Good understanding of audiences, retargeting, lookalikes, and funnel strategy
- Comfortable working with numbers, analytics, and performance data
- Understanding of e-commerce metrics such as ROAS, CAC, AOV, and conversion rate
- Ability to analyse campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Strong testing and problem-solving mindset
- Good understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition
- Fashion, D2C, e-commerce, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus
- Proactive, organised, and willing to take ownership
- Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, or other performance marketing tools is a plus
