Job Overview

Brint Marketing Solution is looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketer who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising and digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for BMS clients. The ideal candidate should have experience with ad platforms, performance tracking, and ROI-focused marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms such as
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Generate qualified leads for BMS clients across multiple industries
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, landing page strategies, and funnels
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics
- Perform A/B testing to improve ad performance and scalability




- Manage daily ad budgets and ensure optimal spend utilization
- Coordinate with design, content, and client servicing teams
- Prepare performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithms

Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads both.
- Understanding of lead generation funnels, landing pages, and CRM integration
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Tag Manager
- Solid communication and coordination skills
- Result-oriented mindset with focus on ROI and lead quality

Good to Have
- Experience handling multiple clients simultaneously
- Exposure to B2B, B2C, or service-based lead generation
- Knowledge of automation tools, email marketing, or WhatsApp marketing
