We are looking for a motivated Textile Merchandiser to coordinate between customers, production, quality, and other internal teams to ensure orders are completed on time and according to customer requirements. Freshers with a relevant textile qualification are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer orders and follow up on order status.
- Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, and other departments.
- Prepare and maintain order-related documents and reports.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, and production requirements.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with customers regarding order details, specifications, and delivery schedules.
- Check samples, specifications, measurements, and customer requirements.
- Maintain order records and update MIS/Excel reports.
- Coordinate with the quality team to ensure products meet customer standards.
- Support shipment and dispatch documentation.
Qualification:
- Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, Fashion Design, or related field.
- Freshers with relevant textile education can apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of textile/apparel merchandising experience will be preferred.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
