Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer (2+ years) to build scalable full-stack applications and contribute to both backend services and frontend experiences across CashKaro, EarnKaro, and BankKaro.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Build scalable RESTful APIs; develop responsive UIs using React.js.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
- Conduct code reviews, debug issues, and improve application reliability.

Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
- Building and deploying full-stack applications
- Scalable RESTful APIs, middleware,



auth/authorization
- State management (Redux / Context API)
- MongoDB schema design, query optimization, indexing
- JavaScript ES6+, async/await, Promises
- Git, CI/CD workflows, debugging tools

Nice to Have
- Axios / Fetch / React Query for API management
- Performance optimization for high-traffic apps
- Google Lighthouse and GTmetrix familiarity
