Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a MEP Engineer – Electrical | HVAC | Plumbing, based in Delhi, India. The role involves designing, reviewing, and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and checking drawings, specifications, and load calculations; coordinating with architects, civil engineers, and contractors; and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

The MEP Engineer will conduct site inspections, monitor installation quality, assist in resolving technical issues, and support project scheduling and cost control for building services. The position also requires documentation of project progress, participation in review meetings,



and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient and safe MEP solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems design and integration, with practical knowledge of overall MEP engineering principles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Engineering and Building Services, including electrical load calculations, power distribution, lighting design, and coordination with other building systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Plumbing and Building Services, including water supply, drainage, sanitary systems, and compliance with local codes and standards.
- Candidates should possess MEP Coordination skills, including reviewing drawings, detecting clashes, and coordinating among structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Relevant experience in construction or building services projects, preferably in MEP design, coordination, and site execution.
- Proficiency with CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with applicable building codes and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and focus on safety and quality.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams on-site.
