Role Description The Member role at Varys DI is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. In this role, the team member collaborates with cross-functional colleagues to support the design, development, and implementation of enterprise AI solutions and workflows.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include contributing to product and feature discussions, assisting with data and process analysis, documenting requirements and outcomes, and helping ensure that solutions meet security, governance, and compliance standards. The role involves active participation in team meetings,



coordination with stakeholders, and support for testing and deployment activities within customer environments. Members are expected to continuously learn about AI technologies, enterprise use cases, and industry best practices to add value to projects and clients.

Qualifications

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex workflows and business processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and customer-facing roles.
- Comfort with learning and working around AI, data, and enterprise software concepts; prior exposure to AI or data-driven projects is a plus.
- Attention to detail in documentation, governance, and compliance-related tasks, with a focus on data privacy and security.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills suitable for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable, with a willingness to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and engage in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related disciplines is preferred.
- Experience or interest in industries like Healthcare, MedTech, Supply Chain, Finance, or Private Equity will be beneficial.
