Role Description The Member role at Coforge is a full-time, in office position based in Meerut. In this role, the individual collaborates with cross-functional teams to support delivery of AI-enabled technology and engineering services, contributing to project execution, documentation, and quality assurance.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting in solution implementation, participating in process improvements,



maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing operational support to ensure smooth project delivery. The Member is expected to follow established standards and guidelines, communicate proactively with team members and leaders, and uphold Coforge’s commitment to trusted, outcome-led solutions. Qualifications

- Ability to work effectively in a structured, technology-driven environment, with strong attention to detail and adherence to processes.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work in cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders professionally.
- Basic understanding of IT or engineering concepts and comfort with digital tools; prior exposure to AI or data-driven projects is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, with willingness to learn new methods, tools, and industry practices.
- Relevant academic background in technology, engineering, business, or a related discipline; internship or project experience in IT services is a plus.
