Role Description The Meetings Setter is a full-time remote role responsible for scheduling qualified meetings between prospects and the Trifid Media team. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves reaching out to potential clients and partners via calls, emails, and social platforms, introducing Trifid Media’s services, and securing time slots for discovery or sales calls. The role includes maintaining accurate records of outreach activities, updating CRM tools, following up with interested leads, and confirming meeting details.

The Meetings

Setter collaborates closely with sales and account management teams to understand prospect needs, optimize booking strategies, and ensure a smooth handoff. This position requires consistent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet daily and weekly targets in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and confident client-facing interaction.
- Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling,



or appointment setting, ideally in media, marketing, or influencer-related environments.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with skill in managing calendars, coordinating schedules, and tracking follow-ups.
- Comfort using CRM or lead management tools, email platforms, and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, shared calendars, online meeting tools).
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently, handle rejection professionally, and consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
- Understanding of social media, digital content, and influencer marketing is highly beneficial.
- Prior remote work experience and a reliable home office setup with stable internet connectivity.
- Relevant education or training in sales, communications, marketing, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent experience is also valued.
