Job Summary

MOC India is seeking an experienced Medical Transcriptionist with preferably Oncology experience to ensure accurate and timely transcription of clinical dictations into structured medical records while maintaining strict confidentiality and hospital documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Transcribe and edit doctors' audio recordings into accurate medical documents.

- Prepare OPD notes, discharge summaries, operative notes, and consultation reports.

- Proofread reports for accuracy, grammar, and correct medical terminology.

- Ensure adherence to hospital TAT and documentation protocols.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient data as per healthcare compliance standards.

- Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams for clarifications when required.





- Update and manage patient records in EMR/HMS systems.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / Certification in Medical Transcription preferred.

- 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Transcriptionist in a hospital or healthcare setup.

- Prior experience in Oncology / Cancer Care will be preferred.

- Robust knowledge of medical terminology, especially oncology-related terminology.

- Excellent English typing and listening skills.

- Familiarity with EMR/HMS systems is an advantage.

- High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
