Medical Representative

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Representative to join our team. The role involves promoting healthcare products and services, developing professional relationships with doctors and healthcare providers, and achieving assigned business targets within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
- Promote and provide accurate information about the company’s healthcare products and services.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Plan and manage daily field visits effectively.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network.
- Collect market information, customer feedback, and competitor updates.
- Conduct product presentations and promotional activities when required.
- Maintain regular records of visits, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Submit daily/weekly sales and field activity reports to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support sales and promotional activities.




- Maintain professional conduct and ensure all promotional activities follow company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Previous experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
- Good knowledge of medical products and terminology is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Valuable networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in the field.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
