Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote the RanziGlow product range, expand our distribution network, develop retailer relationships, and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell RanziGlow products to distributors, retailers, pharmacies, and cosmetic stores.
- Identify and onboard new distributors and channel partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market visits and gather competitor information.
- Support promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and follow-up.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (D pharma, B pharma, B.Sc., MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or skincare sales is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
