Software Compliance & Mediation Executive: Noida

Overview:

Jotwani Law Offices works closely with leading global software publishers to help address software piracy and promote fair usage. We are looking for someone who is a good communicator, a patient listener, and a practical problem-solver—someone who can connect with people, understand their situation, and guide them toward compliance in a respectful and effective way.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with assigned leads and respond to queries related to software usage and licensing.
- Reach out to organisations using unlicensed software and initiate constructive conversations around compliance.
- Act as a mediator to resolve concerns and help both parties arrive at a fair and workable solution.
- Communicate clearly and professionally over calls, emails, and WhatsApp with clients and stakeholders.
- Where appropriate, support the transition from unlicensed to properly licensed software in a smooth and cooperative manner.
- Maintain organised records of conversations,



follow-ups, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- A calm, practical approach to handling conversations and resolving concerns.
- Any prior exposure to compliance, legal processes, or client-facing roles will be an added advantage.

Full-time position based at our Noida office.
