Primary Job Function

Drive the media strategy & execution for one of Marico’s digital first Brands to ensure relevant Brand reach

Key Deliverables of the Role:

- Responsible for strategizing & end-to-end execution of the Brand’s Digital Campaigns across Meta, Google and other social platforms.
- Liaison with Brand Managers, Content teams and Online Sales teams to understand the media requirements, independently setup, monitor & vigorously optimise all digital campaigns
- Develop actionable insights using all media data, enable Social Listening and insighting for the relevant teams to action on
- Drive metrices across the full funnel for the Brand, plan for relevant interventions – both tactical & strategic – basis Business/Brand requirements Expected Knowledge,

Skills & Competencies:

- Should have had hands-on experience in setting up & running campaigns independently, in the absence of an Agency ecosystem – especially across Meta & Google ecosystems.



SEO and AEO experience would be an added advantage.
- Ability to define, plan, execute &monitor; success metrices basis Campaign briefs/requirements from Brand/Business and plan for campaigns accordingly.
- Should be able to distil insights out of Campaign performance & adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Should know basics of A/B testing to make necessary campaign re-alignments.
- Having a D2C Website Marketing experience is an added advantage.
- Knows fundamentals of Microsoft Office tools, experience of making Dashboards on MS Excel would be an added advantage.
- Strong team player, with a knack for working in a fast-paced setting.
- Manages & implements projects & processes with excellence.
- Willing to go above & beyond in staying updated with latest trends – both Social & Technological.
- Experience in managing Food brands would be an added advantage
