Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of mechanical fabrication and erection.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical/fabrication drawings.
- Basic knowledge of welding, cutting, grinding, fit-up, and alignment.
- Basic understanding of fabrication quality and inspection.
- Basic knowledge of steel weight calculation and reconciliation.
- Basic understanding of billing measurements and quantity verification.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project/site locations.
- Positive learning attitude and ability to work under senior engineers.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with exposure to cement plants, mining projects, steel plants, manufacturing plants, industrial projects, or heavy engineering projects will be preferred.
