Eligibility Criteria:

- Years of Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience
- Educational qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical or Mechatronics domain

Purpose of the job Develop and optimize existing and new products and working closely with cross-functional team to deliver as per customer product wants and needs.

Role encompasses resolving engineering issues and creating new concepts, mechanisms, assemblies, parts & drawings. There would also be the requirement to interact with manufacturing outsourced entities, answer product based queries and ensure product and part deliveries as per design.

Roles and responsibilities

· Have an understanding of new product Life Cycle and Product Design skills with problem solving and analytical capability.

· Complete product drawings or complete system design drawings to support prototype and production.

· Carry out new development projects from conceptions to implementation.

· Make changes and modifications to existing and new products to support product maintenance or nonstandard products.

· Propose & implement solutions for Product Quality for build issues, sustaining product performance related problems and field issues (problem reports) and mange priorities.

· Validates designs through prototype/computational modelling to support engineering decisions

· Contribute to the development process demonstrating ideas through discussion or practical media.

· Develop part and products that optimise tooling and manufacturing processes and reliability.

· Preparation of BOM, take quotation, vendor follow-up and finding new vendors and suppliers based on requirement.

Mandatory Skills





· Knowledge of product design and development.

. 3D Modelling, Assembly and Detailing in Autodesk fusion 360 CAD software.

· Good In Basic Design Fundamentals (Basic Calculations, Basic of Material Selection etc.)

. Good knowledge in mechanical components & mechanisms, understanding in GD & T and 3D modelling.

· Manufacturing drawing creation.

· Bill of material creation

· Manufacturing knowledge of various manufacturing process like sheet metal operations, welding & machining.

. Knowledge and experience on Sheetmetal, Machined Parts, Enclosures and Drawing fundamentals.

· Ability in selecting materials, mechanisms, motors, parts according to specifications.

· BOM preparation, manufacturing drawings & drawing standard knowledge.

· Responsible for on-time projects delivery and to ensure the Quality of deliverables.

· Good Communication and documentation skills.

Good to have Skills

· Basic knowledge of Python.

· Knowledge about electromechanical components.

· Basic electrical knowledge of wiring, different kinds of sensors, use of multimeter.
