Role Summary

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with strong technical documentation skills to prepare and maintain engineering documents, drawings, reports, and technical records, while supporting the design and analysis teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare mechanical technical documentation, design reports, specifications, procedures, and engineering records.
- Create and maintain manufacturing and assembly drawings, BOMs, and related documentation.
- Review engineering documents for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Support mechanical design activities including 3D CAD modelling, drawing updates, and design modifications.
- Assist FEA/structural analysis activities and preparation of analysis reports.
- Coordinate with design, analysis, manufacturing,



and AIT teams for technical documentation.
- Maintain document revision control and configuration management.

Required Skills

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, or equivalent CAD tools.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, BOMs, and manufacturing processes.
- Basic understanding of structural analysis and FEA.
- Good proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to work with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Preferred Candidate: Experience in aerospace/space, defence, precision engineering, or other high-reliability engineering industries.
