Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MBBS/MD Doctor role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The doctor will provide comprehensive medical assessments, diagnose and manage obesity and related metabolic conditions, and design individualized treatment plans that may include nutrition, lifestyle modification, and medication management as clinically appropriate. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, reviewing medical histories and investigations, monitoring progress, adjusting treatment protocols, and documenting care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.

The role involves close collaboration with nutritionists,



counselors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, patient-centered care. The doctor will also participate in patient education, contribute to protocol development, and support quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.

Qualifications

- Recognized MBBS degree with valid medical registration; MD in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, or related specialty preferred.
- Clinical expertise in obesity management, metabolic health, PCOS, and weight-related comorbidities, with experience creating evidence-based treatment plans.
- Robust skills in patient assessment, medical history evaluation, diagnostic interpretation, and safe medication management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including nutritionists, wellness coaches, and counselors.
- Clear, empathetic communication skills for counseling patients on lifestyle modification, nutrition, and long-term health behavior change.
- Commitment to ethical, non-judgmental, and inclusive care for individuals of diverse backgrounds and body types.
- Comfort with maintaining thorough clinical documentation and following clinic protocols, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Prior experience in obesity, lifestyle medicine, endocrinology, or preventive health settings is an advantage.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and stay current with research in obesity, nutrition, and metabolic health.
