Role Description The Mathematics Educator : IGCSE 5-8 will design and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the IGCSE curriculum for grades 5 to 8. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and structuring lessons, assessing student understanding, providing timely feedback, and supporting learners with varied abilities and learning styles.

The educator will participate in curriculum development, collaborate with colleagues on academic initiatives,



and communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, requiring active participation in school events, professional development activities, and the broader TGES learning community.

Qualifications

- Strong subject knowledge and instructional skills in Mathematics and Mathematics Education .
- Demonstrated ability in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for IGCSE or similar international curricula.
- Status as a Qualified Teacher with relevant teaching certifications or licenses.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a closely related field.
- Experience teaching middle school learners (grades 5–8), preferably in an IGCSE or international school setting.
- Strong classroom management, differentiation, and student engagement skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and colleagues.
- Comfort with educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
- Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered pedagogy and continuous professional growth.
