Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Analyst with strong Master Data Management (MDM) expertise and deep Banking Domain knowledge.
The role involves leveraging PL/SQL, IBM InfoSphere, enterprise data tools, and AI-assisted coding tools to ensure high data quality, streamline data pipelines, and translate complex financial datasets into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities1. Data Management & Analytics· Implement and manage enterprise data governance and data quality processes using IBM InfoSphere.
· Design, build, and maintain complex PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, and queries.
· Perform SQL query optimization and database performance tuning.
· Conduct end-to-end data profiling, data lineage tracking, and root cause analysis.
· Analyze large-scale banking datasets and identify data quality issues and improvement opportunities.
- Banking Domain & Business Collaboration
· Apply solid Banking Domain knowledge across areas such as:
o Retail Banking o Commercial Banking o Risk o Compliance o Financial Transactions
· Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions and models.
· Act as a liaison between:
o Business stakeholders o System architects o Technical delivery teams
· Communicate complex analytical findings and technical data concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- AI & Cloud Integration
· Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and OpenAI Codex to:
o Accelerate code generation o Optimize SQL scripts o Automate analytical workflows o Improve development productivity
· Collaborate with cloud and platform teams to support data workloads in Microsoft Azure environments.
