: E-commerce Product Listing Executive Job Type: Full-Time Department: E-commerce Experience: 1–3 Years Location: [Jaipur / Shyam Nagar] About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Product Listing Executive to manage and optimize product listings across online marketplaces such as Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms . The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of product listing, e-commerce SEO, product descriptions, image management, and marketplace requirements.

Key Responsibilities Create, upload, and manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms. Write SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and tags/keywords . Optimize existing listings to improve visibility, traffic, and sales.

Upload and organize high-quality product images according to marketplace guidelines. Maintain accurate product information including price, specifications, variations, SKU, inventory, and dimensions . Conduct basic keyword research for product listings.

Monitor product listings for errors, missing information, policy issues, or suppressed listings. Update product prices, stock availability, descriptions, images, and other details when required. Manage product catalogs and maintain consistency across different marketplaces.

Coordinate with the photography/design team for product images and creatives. Track listing performance and suggest improvements based on views, clicks, and sales. Stay updated with marketplace policies,



listing guidelines, and e-commerce trends.

Assist with promotions, discounts, and marketplace campaigns when required.

Required Skills Good written English communication . Strong attention to detail. Basic understanding of E-commerce SEO and keyword research . Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Ability to write attractive and accurate product descriptions. Basic knowledge of image editing tools is an advantage. Familiarity with Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, eBay, or other marketplaces is preferred. Ability to manage multiple products and tasks efficiently. Good organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Experience Experience with jewelry, gemstones, fashion accessories, handicrafts, or lifestyle products will be an added advantage.

Indicators (KPIs) Number and accuracy of listings completed. Listing quality and completeness. Improvement in listing visibility and traffic. Reduction in listing errors and policy issues. Improvement in product conversion and sales. Timely updating of inventory, pricing, and product information.
