Job Summary The Stardust Studio is looking for an experienced Marketplace Executive who can independently manage and grow online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in setting up seller accounts, product listings, catalog management, sales growth strategies, advertising campaigns, and marketplace operations from scratch to an advanced level.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and set up seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Manage complete marketplace operations from onboarding to sales growth.
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings and catalogs.
- Handle product uploads, inventory management, and pricing updates.
- Manage Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub efficiently.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts.
- Run and optimize Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads to improve sales performance.
- Monitor account health, policy compliance, and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for growth.
- Handle marketplace-related issues, claims, returns, and reimbursements.
- Coordinate with the Logistics Executive for order processing, dispatches,



inventory updates, and delivery-related concerns.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth customer experience.
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and marketplace trends.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Requirements

- Minimum 25 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of Seller Central and Seller Hub.
- Experience in account creation and marketplace onboarding.
- Knowledge of listing optimization, SEO, catalog management, and advertising.
- Understanding of inventory management and order processing.
- Experience in running Amazon PPC and Flipkart advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of marketplace operations.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in E-commerce, D2C, or Retail Industry.
- Knowledge of product ranking and marketplace growth strategies.
- Experience handling multiple marketplace accounts.
- Robust coordination and communication skills.
