Connect2Learn is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager – Digital Marketing & Growth to lead our digital acquisition and performance marketing initiatives across ANZ, UK, USA, and the Middle East.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of performance marketing, lead generation, and digital growth strategies, with a strong focus on driving qualified student acquisition and maximizing marketing ROI across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid digital campaigns
- Drive high-quality leads and student acquisition across international markets
- Monitor and optimize CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages
- Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Meta Business Manager, and other analytics platforms
- Analyze marketing funnels and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, sales, and operations teams
- Prepare regular campaign reports, performance dashboards, and actionable insights
- Develop and implement data-driven digital growth strategies




- Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, AI tools, automation, and performance marketing best practices

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Good understanding of GA4, pixels, conversion tracking, attribution, and marketing funnels
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance marketing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- A proactive, data-driven, and target-oriented approach
- Experience in EdTech, E-commerce, SaaS, or lead-generation businesses will be an advantage
