Job Summary We are looking for a energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, approaching educational institutions, presenting Host2Unlimited's services, building client relationships, and contributing to business growth.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence in client interactions, a positive attitude, strong persuasion skills, and a willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients, including International Schools, Colleges, Universities, Educational Campuses, and other educational institutions.
- Generate new business leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS campaigns, email outreach, networking, references, and other marketing channels.
- Research potential clients and identify opportunities for Host2Unlimited's digital marketing and branding services.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their marketing, branding, social media, admission, and promotional requirements.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Present and explain Host2Unlimited's services and marketing packages to potential clients.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to convert them into clients.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service details as required.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing, creative, content, and production teams to understand and present suitable solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals, and conversions.
- Track sales activities and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Achieve assigned sales, lead-generation, and business development targets.
- Attend networking events, educational events, meetings, and other business development opportunities.
- Travel to client locations for meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and business development activities.
- Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, education marketing, branding, social media, and content marketing.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Represent Host2Unlimited professionally while interacting with clients and prospective partners.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a strong interest in sales and marketing are also encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident,



proactive, persuasive, and target-oriented approach.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, branding, and marketing services will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in education marketing, digital marketing, advertising, media, or agency sales will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Experience 2-4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.

Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in sales and marketing may also apply.

- Proficiency in English is required.
