Role: Sales & Marketing & Business Development Executive Intern

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate potential leads.

Conduct customer outreach through LinkedIn, Email, Calls, and other platforms.

Introduce and promote Scratchly CRM to potential customers.

Understand customer requirements and explain the product accordingly.

Qualify leads and schedule product demos.

Follow up with prospects and maintain lead records.

Convert potential leads into customers.

Conduct basic market and competitor research.

Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations teams.

Maintain regular updates and reports on sales activities.

Commission Structure

Freshers

15%–17% commission after successfully converting a customer.

Candidates with 1+ year of relevant experience:

20%–25% commission after successfully converting a customer.

Commission will be calculated and paid according to the company's applicable terms for the converted customer.

Who Can Apply?





Freshers and candidates with 1+ year of experience can apply.

Valuable communication and convincing skills.

Interest in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.

Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.

Basic knowledge of CRM/Sales processes is an advantage.
