As a Marketing Executive/PRO, you will be the face of AuraCare Diagnostics in the local healthcare ecosystem. Your primary goal will be to increase our patient footfall and test volumes by building professional relationships with local healthcare providers and increasing our brand visibility in Moradabad.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Relationship Management: Regularly visit local doctors, clinics, hospitals, and nursing homes to promote AuraCare’s diagnostic services.
Networking: Build and maintain a strong database of referral sources and key stakeholders in the medical community.
Campaign Execution: Assist in organizing local health camps, awareness drives, and promotional events to engage the public.
Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on local competitors and provide regular feedback to the management on market trends and brand performance.
Promotional Activities: Distribute marketing collateral and communicate company schemes or new service offerings to potential clients effectively.
Data Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily visits, client inquiries, and conversion success rates.
Requirements Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Candidates with a background in Pharma or Healthcare are preferred). Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales or marketing (Freshers with exceptional communication and persuasion skills may be considered). Communication Skills: Strong command of Hindi and English is essential. You must be comfortable presenting to medical professionals. Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Moradabad region and its healthcare landscape. Personality: Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented. You should be comfortable with field-based work. Transportation: Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and a reliable vehicle.
