We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Presentation and Due Diligence Analyst to join our team. This role involves preparing high-quality PowerPoint presentations and responding to due diligence questionnaires. The ideal candidate will have solid organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a willingness to learn about the private equity, private credit, and real assets industry.
Key Responsibilities
- PowerPoint Presentation Preparation: Create and maintain compelling and visually appealing PowerPoint on topics including economy, firm, alternative fund industry and strategies offered by Edelweiss Alternatives that effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
- Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) Responses: Assist in the preparation and coordination of due diligence questionnaires, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and gather necessary data to support presentation content and DDQ responses.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including investment teams, compliance, and marketing, to gather information and ensure consistency in messaging.
- Quality Control:
Ensure all Presentations and DDQ responses meet the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Documentation: Maintain organized records of all due diligence materials and presentations.
- Learning and Development: Continuously expand knowledge of the private equity, private credit, and real assets industry to enhance the quality of deliverables and contribute to the teams success.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
