Are you highly organized, proactive, and interested in building your career in digital marketing?

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Executive to manage day-to-day client operations, reporting, funnel management, and WhatsApp marketing.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering ad spend, ROAS, CPL, lead quality, and other key metrics.
- Monitor marketing funnels and identify tracking issues, broken links, form errors, or potential funnel leakages.
- Update landing page links, forms, and other campaign-related elements whenever required.
- Manage WhatsApp Business operations, including communities, broadcasts, and campaign coordination.
- Coordinate with media buying, design, development, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Track tasks, follow up with teams, and ensure deadlines are met.

Eligibility Requirements:
1.



Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
2. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, broadcasts, and creating/managing communities.
3. Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPL, CPA, and lead quality.
4. Comfortable understanding landing pages, marketing funnels, and basic troubleshooting.
5. Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and deadline-management skills.
