Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

- Plan ATL/BTL promotions, branding activities, and events.

- Handle digital marketing: social media, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads.

- Create and manage marketing contentbrochures, creatives, blogs, emailers.

- Coordinate with sales teams for lead generation and conversion support.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

- Manage website updates, analytics, and performance reporting.

- Handle vendor coordination, budgeting, and campaign ROI tracking.

- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports for management review.

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid understanding of digital & traditional marketing.

- Experience with Google Analytics, CRM tools, Canva, Mailchimp, Meta/Google Ads.

- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Team handling experience preferred.
